As do many others, and it will be a challenge to keep it that way. But there is a lot of passion for poker on the team. And passion breeds mutual respect and trust. The respect and trust breeds love for the brand.
The community is responding and it has been fun to watch it grow, interact, and learn from responses we receive.
And I remember a little graph when I was research a bunch of this stuff that someone showed me:

Granted it may be easier to be way over on the right with the Simon Cowells, Bob Knights and Rush Limbaughs of the world but I’d rather be Google or Apple. Where the love is so strong, it creates a bond. That bond transfers into loyalty.
If you are loyal and respectful to your customers, they will be loyal and respectful to you.
Keep responding, we are listening.
